We offer the same smoked brisket, pork, and turkey for the holidays as we do in our restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE: Whole cuts will be chilled and vacuumed sealed with reheat instructions provided.
Sides will be chilled and include reheat instructions as well.

4th of July pre-orders can be picked up on Saturday, July 2nd from 3 to 6 PM at our commercial kitchen by the Richland Airport.

We cannot accept cancellations or refund orders after 5 PM on Sunday June 26th.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the last 4 digits of you card so that we can look up the transaction.

Turkey comes in whole skinless boneless breast and feeds 6-8 adults. We will give you some of our famous turkey seasoning, as well. A whole brisket feeds 12-18 adults. A whole shoulder feeds 10-15 and will come pulled and seasoned. Whole cuts do not include brioche buns or BBQ sauce. However, BBQ sauce is available for purchase at an additional cost as well as 12 packs of brioche buns.
Each breast is $70 + 8.6% sales tax
Each brisket is $185 + 8.6% sales tax
Pork is $105 + 8.6% sales tax
There is catering (over $100) and pre-order (under $100) availability for times outside of our Holiday whole cut pick up if you need food for a different date or time. If your order is over $100, please use the catering form online or call 509-942-9590, ext. 703.
If your order is less than $100, please go in the Richland store to order and pre-pay for your food.
Please note, these orders will NOT be picked up at the commercial kitchen. They will be picked up at the Richland store at your scheduled time. These orders are subject to availability and will fill quickly.
