• All food is packaged in pans for guests to self-serve.
• Each 1/2 LB. of meat (excluding ribs) comes with a brioche bun.
• Minimum order is $150
• Delivery Fee is $30
• Catering Pickup is ONLY available at our Richland location.
• We provide plenty of barbecue sauce!
• We provide serving ware, silverware, napkins, plates ( EXCEPTION: CUSTOMS ORDERS – $0.50/person )
• An invoice will be sent via email for payment.
  • All payments must be received in full within 24 hours of invoicing.
