Christmas Whole Cuts

December 20th at 5 PM is the last day to order, cancel, or change your order. Pickup is on Thursday, December 22nd from 3 PM to 6 PM at 1851 Terminal Drive, Richland – our Temple of Q! Get directions here.

Note the following before ordering:

All meats are a whole cut and cannot be pre-sliced, except for the pork shoulder which is pre-seasoned and shredded.
Whole cuts are only available for purchase online through our website and are only available during the holiday order period.
Whole cuts are only offered at special holiday pricing during this ordering period.
All meats are vacuum sealed and chilled. All sides are chilled as well. Reheating instructions are provided upon pickup.

How much does it cost?

Available whole cuts for Thanksgiving and Christmas:

Brisket: $185 each
Turkey: $70 each
Pulled Pork: $105 each

1/2 Pan Sides: Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Banana Pudding - $35
Full Pan Sides: Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Banana Pudding - $55

How many people can I feed with a whole cut & what does the price include?

Turkey Breast: Turkey comes in whole skinless boneless breasts and feeds 6-8 adults. We will give you some of our famous turkey seasoning, as well.

Brisket: A whole brisket feeds 12-15 adults.

Pulled Pork: A whole shoulder feeds 10-12 adults and will come pulled and seasoned. Whole cuts do not include brioche buns or BBQ sauce. However, BBQ sauce is available for purchase at an additional cost as well as 12 packs of brioche buns.

Can I order sides or BBQ sauce?

Sides: Yes, you can order sides in servings of 15 and 25. Sides include gouda mac & cheese, baked beans, and banana pudding. Pickles are available by the pint or quart. Other sides include molasses bars, extra brioche buns, and jars of our original rub.

Sauces: Sauces can be purchased by the bottle for an additional cost. Our sauces include original, spicy, mustard, white chipotle, and raspberry chipotle. For Thanksgiving, we offer Linda's famous cranberry orange sauce.

When Do I Pick Up My Order?

Pickup dates for whole cuts are:

Thanksgiving: November 22nd from 3PM to 6PM
Christmas: December 22nd from 3PM to 6PM
Easter: April 8th from 3PM to 6PM

Christmas and Thanksgiving orders are picked up at our commercial kitchen by the Richland Airport.

COLD WEATHER ALERT: In the case of cold or inclement weather, we are unable to bring your order to your car. All orders must be picked up inside the facility.
