Fourth of July Whole Cuts

Friday, June 30th at 4 PM is the last day to order, cancel, or change your order. Pickup is on Monday, July 3rd from 3 PM to 6 PM at 1851 Terminal Drive, Richland – our Temple of Q’! Get directions here.

NOTE: Whole cuts only available in the Tri-Cities market.

Note the following before ordering:

  • All meats are a whole cut and cannot be pre-sliced, except for the pork shoulder which is pre-seasoned and shredded

  • Whole cuts are only available for purchase online through our website and are only available during the holiday order period.

  • Whole cuts are only offered at special holiday pricing during this ordering period.

  • All meats are vacuum sealed and chilled. All sides are chilled as well. Reheating instructions are provided upon pickup.
