Thanksgiving Whole Cut Orders


We offer the same smoked brisket and turkey for Thanksgiving as we do in our restaurants. You will be provided with re-warming instructions.

When and how do I order?

Last day to order is by 5 PM Thursday, November 15th, but remember we do sell out so get your order in ASAP!.

How much does it cost?

Each turkey breast is $48 + 8.6% sales tax.

Each brisket is $120 + 8.6% sales tax.

How many people can I feed with a whole cut & what does the price include?

Turkey comes in whole skinless boneless breast and feeds 6-8 adults. We will give you some of our famous turkey dip, as well. A whole brisket feeds 12-18 adults.

Whole cuts do not include brioche buns or BBQ sauce. However, BBQ sauce is available for purchase at a discounted rate of $5 per 16 oz. bottle.

When do I pick up my order?

Thanksgiving pre-orders can be picked up on Wednesday, November 21st from 4 to 6 PM at our commercial kitchen by the Richland Airport.

Can I order sides or BBQ Sauce?

Yes, you can order sides by the 15 or 25 serving pan. Including: mac and cheese, baked beans, banana pudding, and coleslaw.

Pickles are available by the pint or quart.

Our family recipe cranberry orange sauce is available for $5 per pint and is the perfect pairing with Thanksgiving turkey. Made with whole cranberries by Porter and Reed’s mom, Linda.

BBQ sauce can be purchased by the bottle for a discounted rate of $5 each (original, spicy, and mustard).

What if I need Thanksgiving food for a different day or pick up time?

There is catering (over $150) and pre-order (under $150) availability for times outside of our Thanksgiving whole cut pick up if you need food for a different date or time. If your order is over $150, please use the catering form online or call 509-942-9590, ext. 703.

If your order is less than $150, please go in the Richland store to order and pre-pay for your food.

Please note, these orders will NOT be picked up at the commercial kitchen. They will be picked up at the Richland store at your scheduled time. These orders are subject to availability and will fill quickly.

What If I Need To Cancel Or Change My Order?

We cannot accept cancellations or refund orders after 5 PM on Wednesday, November 14th.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@portersrealbbq.com with the last 4 digits of you card so that we can look up the transaction.
