Order Changes & Cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations or refund orders after 4 PM on November 23rd.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email wholecuts@portersrealbbq.com with the last 4 digits of your card so that we can look up the transaction.
Order Pickup
Pre-orders can be picked up on your chosen date of either Tuesday, November 26th from 5 PM to 8 PM or Wednesday, November 27th from 5 PM to 8 PM at our Porter's location in Spokane, based on the date you selected. Please take a minute to confirm your requested pickup date in your confirmation email.

Cold Weather Alert
In the case of cold or inclement weather, we are unable to bring your order to your car. All orders must be picked up inside Porter's restaurant.
Food Preparation
All meats are a whole cut and cannot be pre-sliced. Meats and sides are chilled. Reheating instructions are provided upon pickup or see them here.
