Order Pickup

Pre-orders can be picked up on Tuesday, November 22nd from 3 PM to 6 PM at our commercial kitchen by the Richland Airport:

Cold Weather Alert

In the case of cold or inclement weather, we are unable to bring your order to your car. All orders must be picked up inside Porter's catering kitchen facility.

Food Preparation

All meats are a whole cut and cannot be pre-sliced. Meats are vacuum sealed and chilled. All sides are chilled as well. Reheating instructions are provided upon pickup or see them here.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot accept cancellations or refund orders after 5 PM on Tuesday, November 15th.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email wholecuts@portersrealbbq.com with the last 4 digits of your card so that we can look up the transaction.
