Available whole cuts for Thanksgiving and Christmas:

Brisket: $190 each
Turkey: $70 each

1/2 Pan Sides (15 servings): Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Banana Pudding - $35
Full Pan Sides (25 servings): Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Banana Pudding - $55
Bottle BBQ Sauce: Original, Spicy, and Mustard - $8 each
Bottle BBQ Sauce: White Chipotle - $10 each
Cranberry Orange Sauce (Pint) - $8 each (available only for Thanksgiving)
Molasses Bars - $2.79 each

Turkey Breast: Turkey comes in whole skinless boneless breasts and feeds 6-8 adults. We will give you some of our famous turkey seasoning, as well.

Brisket: A whole brisket feeds 12-15 adults.

Pulled Pork: A whole shoulder feeds 10-12 adults and will come pulled and seasoned. Whole cuts do not include brioche buns or BBQ sauce. However, BBQ sauce is available for purchase at an additional cost as well as 12 packs of brioche buns.

Sides: Yes, you can order sides in servings of 15 and 25. Sides include gouda mac & cheese, baked beans, and banana pudding. Pickles are available by the pint or quart. Other sides include molasses bars, extra brioche buns, and jars of our original rub. 

Sauces: Sauces can be purchased by the bottle for an additional cost. Our sauces include original, spicy, mustard, and white chipotle. For Thanksgiving, we offer Linda's famous cranberry orange sauce.

Thanksgiving: November 19th at 5PM is the last day to order
Christmas: December 20th at 5PM is the last day to order

Pickup dates for whole cuts are:

Thanksgiving: November 21st from 5PM to 8PM
Christmas: December 23rd from 3PM to 6PM

Pick-ups are at our commercial kitchen by the Richland Airport.

COLD WEATHER ALERT: In the case of cold or inclement weather, we are unable to bring your order to your car. All orders must be picked up inside the facility. 

We cannot accept cancellations or refund orders past the following dates:

Thanksgiving: after 5 PM on November 19th
Christmas: after 5 PM on December 20th

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email wholecuts@portersrealbbq.com with the last 4 digits of your card so that we can look up the transaction.
