Christmas Whole Cuts

Available whole cuts for Thanksgiving and Christmas:

Brisket: $210 each
Turkey: $75 each
Pulled Pork: $110 each

Available sauces:

Original, Spicy, and Mustard - $8 each
White Chipotle - $10 each
Cranberry Orange Sauce (pint) - $8 each (available only for Thanksgiving)

Turkey Breast: Turkey comes in whole skinless boneless breasts and feeds 6-8 adults. We will give you some of our famous turkey seasoning, as well.

Brisket: A whole brisket feeds 12-15 adults.

Pulled Pork: A whole shoulder feeds 10-12 adults and will come pulled and seasoned. Whole cuts do not include brioche buns or BBQ sauce. However, BBQ sauce is available for purchase at an additional cost as well as 12 packs of brioche buns.

Sides: Sides may be purchased from our regular menu at the pickup time subject to availability.
Sauces: Sauces can be purchased by the bottle for an additional cost. Our sauces include original, spicy, mustard, and white chipotle. For Thanksgiving, we offer Linda's famous cranberry orange sauce.

Thanksgiving: November 22rd at 3PM is the last day to order
Christmas: December 20th at 3PM is the last day to order

Pickup dates for whole cuts are:

Thanksgiving: November 25th or November 26th from 4PM to 7PM
*Arrive on your chosen date in the order form*
Christmas: December 23rd from 3PM to 6PM

COLD WEATHER ALERT: In the case of cold or inclement weather, we are unable to bring your order to your car. All orders must be picked up inside the facility.

We cannot accept cancellations or refund orders past the following dates:

Thanksgiving: after 3 PM on November 22nd
Christmas: after 3 PM on December 20th

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email wholecuts@portersrealbbq.com with the last 4 digits of your card so that we can look up the transaction.
